Last evening about ten minutes after I put the pups in their pen for the night Yang went to the door of the pen and started whining. I figured he really just wanted to come back out and play, but gave him the benefit of the doubt and took them outside again. He immediately pooped, then went up the deck steps to wait by the back door.
This morning, after their breakfast pups went outside to potty (They are going out reluctantly; it is another "blustery day" here in Ohio), played in the house, outside, then back into the pen. They didn't do anything that trip out except run back up on the deck and huddle by the door.
After a short while they are at the door fussing at me. Okay, they just aren't ready for their nap and want to come back out. But, again, want to give them a chance, so out into the wet, windy yard we go again. They both pee right away and Yang runs back up the steps to the back door. Daz (Yin) starts to follow him, even has her little feet in the first step, then suddenly turns around, runs back to the grass and poops. Smart babies!
Of course now the little darlings are shredding the newspaper in their pen, rather than napping...
They are amazing SUPER babies! So smart!!
