Visitors!

Daz has company until Monday. Lianne and Andy are at the CPE Nationals, with Mike, Rick and Char. So Fancy, Panic, Spry and Dexter are all here with me and my crew.

She played in the pool for about 15 minutes. It was pretty funny. I think she was trying to swim? Maybe she needs a bigger pool! Have to send her to AZ to visit brother Vettel! : )

Practice!

Daz and I started Handling (conformation) lessons last week. I have been a BAD student and am about to do what I scold mine for. I haven't had as much time to practice since last Wednesday because if getting ready for our trial this past weekend. BUT, went out and worked with her today (twice today so far, morning and shortly after lunch) and she rocked!

I will practice again this evening, and make sure to do three tomorrow and one or two on Wednesday before our evening lesson. We have another Fun Match coming up later this month as well. I can't be an excuse making slacker on our training sessions!

Daz did get to come up to the BRAG trial for a short while on Sunday (thanks Andy!) and had fun! She "helped" me Gate Steward for awhile and thought it was great all those people and dogs were coming up to us just to meet her. : )

The trial week is now over, but we get four canine house guests on Wednesday, so will need to work to find training time. Along with our conformation training I want to work on getting taking our "make it move" training further along and work more with rewarding her for moving, and moving quickly.
